EXCHANGES & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

 

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with all security tags attached and the original packaging.

  • Email info@christinanota.com within 7 working days from receiving your order. You will then receive an email confirming your return request and information about your compensation options.

  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.

  • Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.

  • Please note that if you need to return your item more than once, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.

  • Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. 

  • You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings.

  • Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded.

  • You should therefore take reasonable care of the products while they are at your possession.

  • Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protecting adhesive strip.

  • Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS / REFUND:

  • If the item is returned more than 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

  • If the item is damaged / has missing parts and it is not in its original packaging.

  • If the item has been labelled non-returnable in the product description.
